We welcome you to join our Everything Woman community.

We are here to help you launch your Women’s Health Career, update and refresh your skills and support women within your healthcare or fitness role – whatever phase of your life journey your are in.

The clinical presentations of women's health issues are not limited to the pregnant or postpartum period. Sexual health, hormone shifts, perimenopause and the menopause can present physical challenges, in addition to mental and emotional adjustments that come with each life stage.

We provide comprehensive support and address the unique health needs of women navigating these changes, and empower health and fitness professionals, to work successfully with female clients through our Everything Woman training programmes

At Everything Woman we promise you a fun, non judgemental learning style embedded in an enjoyable teaching environment. We also bridge the gap between research and practice by delivering clinically relevant interpretations of studies to provide immediate take home skills to your practice.

Hi I’m Sarah

The founder of Everything Woman.

I am a multiple clinic and pilates studio owner in Liverpool, in addition to being a pilates master trainer and an advanced pelvic health physiotherapist.

I qualified as a physio in 2001, and a pilates teacher not long after. Both my careers introduced me to the world of women’s health, and I engaged mainly with mums to be and new mums very early on in my career, blending my clinical knowledge as a physio with my pilates teaching. I couldn’t believe the lack of resources for women at the time and support within this period. This became even more apparent after the birth of my first born son in 2006.

I was a mum and physio on a mission to offer support to female clients. I opened my first clinic (The Physiotherapy Centre) in 2006 and now manage busy clinics, a team, and classes full of women in various life stages, helping them with many pelvic health and womens health related conditions.
